Employees bring more than their skills and responsibilities to work. They also carry relationships, family responsibilities, loss, financial pressure, health concerns, stress, questions of faith and purpose, and the realities of everyday life.
AW Development Group partners with organizations to provide employees with access to a trusted, confidential chaplain who is present outside of the traditional management and HR structure.
